The Seiko HFE004J is a Seiko Selection S Series ladies’ watch powered by Seiko’s solar radio-controlled quartz caliber 1B22. It combines a compact gold-plated stainless-steel case with a brown cow leather strap and practical automatic timekeeping functions.
The watch features a Hardlex crystal, stainless-steel caseback, 10-bar water resistance and magnetic resistance. Its solar-powered movement receives standard time signals from Japan, China, the United States and Germany, with automatic and forced reception, time-difference adjustment and automatic hand-position correction.
The 1B22 movement provides approximately six months of operation when fully charged, or approximately 1.5 years in power-save mode. The watch also includes a full automatic calendar through December 31, 2099, reception-result display, overcharge prevention and instant-start functions.
