Seiko Prospex 1965 Heritage SBDC195 Automatic Diver Blue Dial

The Seiko Prospex SBDC195 is a 1965 Heritage mechanical diver’s watch with a blue dial, blue rotating bezel, 300 m air-diving water resistance, and Seiko’s 6R55 automatic movement. It is a Japanese Seiko Prospex reference inspired by Seiko’s original 1965 diver design.

The 40.0 mm stainless-steel case features Dia-Shield hard coating, a curved sapphire crystal with inner anti-reflective coating, and a screw-down caseback with Seiko’s tsunami emblem. The blue sunburst dial includes LumiBrite hands and markers, with the date positioned between 4 and 5 o’clock.

The watch is fitted with a stainless-steel bracelet and a three-fold clasp with secure lock, push-button release, and diver’s extension. The 6R55 movement provides approximately 72 hours of power reserve and includes manual winding and a stop-seconds function.
