The Seiko Prospex HBC001J is a 1968 Heritage Diver’s GMT from the Diver Scuba series. This automatic mechanical dive watch combines a green dial and ceramic unidirectional bezel with Seiko’s 6R54 GMT movement, 300-metre water resistance, and approximately 72 hours of power reserve.
The 42 mm stainless-steel case features DiaShield hard coating, a sapphire crystal with inner anti-reflective coating, screw-lock crown, and screw caseback. The green dial includes LumiBrite hands and indexes, a date display, and an independently adjustable 24-hour GMT hand for tracking a second time zone.
The stainless-steel bracelet is fitted with a three-fold clasp with secure lock, push-button release, and tool-free slide adjustment. The clasp provides approximately 15 mm of adjustment across six steps.
