The Seiko Astron SBXY049 is part of the NEXTER 2nd Collection and features a solar-powered radio-controlled quartz movement. Its 42.7 mm pure titanium case combines Seiko’s Diamond Shield coating with a ceramic bezel display plate, creating a lightweight and durable design.
Powered by Seiko Caliber 8B63, the watch includes world time for 25 time zones, dual-time display, a perpetual calendar through December 31, 2099, and automatic hand-position correction. The white-silver NOVA dial features a textured prism pattern, Lumibrite hands and indexes, and a date and retrograde day display.
The watch is fitted with a titanium bracelet, Smart Adjuster clasp, and sapphire crystal with Super-Clear Coating. It offers 10-bar water resistance and approximately nine months of operation when fully charged.
