The Seiko Astron NEXTER SBXC155 is a GPS Solar dual-time chronograph powered by Seiko’s Caliber 5X83. Released in 2024, this all-black Astron features GPS satellite time adjustment, a 1/20-second chronograph, dual-time display, and world time across 38 time zones.
The 43.3mm case is made from pure titanium with Super Black DiaShield coating and paired with a ceramic and titanium bezel. A dual-curved sapphire crystal with Super-Clear coating protects the black dial, while LumiBrite is applied to the hands and indexes. The matching titanium bracelet features a one-push three-fold clasp with Smart Adjuster functionality.
The SBXC155 offers approximately six months of operation when fully charged and approximately two years in power-save mode. Its perpetual calendar requires no adjustment through February 28, 2100, and the watch provides 10-bar water resistance.
