The Grand Seiko SBGW287 is a hand-wound mechanical watch from the Elegance Collection. Known as “Boshū,” its deep burgundy dial reflects the colors of autumn at its height and the seasonal transition toward winter.
The watch is powered by Grand Seiko Caliber 9S64, offering approximately 72 hours of power reserve. Its stainless-steel case features Zaratsu polishing, a box-shaped sapphire crystal with inner anti-reflective coating, and a see-through screw caseback. The textured burgundy dial is paired with a crocodile leather strap and polished faceted hands and indexes.
With its compact 37.3 mm case and classic time-only display, the SBGW287 presents a refined dress-watch design. Water resistance is splash resistant, and magnetic resistance is rated at 4,800 A/m.
