The Casio G-SHOCK G-STEEL GST-W300G-1A9JF is a mid-size analog-digital watch combining Tough Solar power with Multi Band 6 radio-controlled timekeeping. Released in Japan in June 2017, it features G-SHOCK shock resistance and a black-and-gold design.
Its Layer Guard Structure combines resin and stainless steel, with gold ion plating applied to the metal components. The black dial is protected by mineral glass, while the soft urethane resin strap provides a comfortable, secure fit. Double LED illumination and a hand-shift function help keep the analog and digital displays readable.
Practical functions include world time across 31 time zones, a 1/100-second stopwatch, 100-minute countdown timer, five daily alarms and a full auto calendar. The case is water resistant to 20 bar, and the power-saving system provides approximately 18 months of operation from a full charge when enabled.
