The Casio G-SHOCK G-SQUAD GM-H5600-1JR is a sports and fitness digital watch from the G-SHOCK 5600 Series. It combines the familiar square G-SHOCK design with a stainless-steel bezel, high-definition MIP LCD, optical heart-rate measurement, blood oxygen measurement, and Bluetooth connectivity.
The watch features a resin case with bio-based resin components, a carbon-fiber-reinforced resin caseback, mineral glass, and a bio-based resin band. Its functions include activity tracking, training analysis using Polar technology, sleep and recovery analysis, breathing exercises, smartphone GPS-assisted distance correction, world time, stopwatch, timer, alarms, moon data, and sunrise and sunset information.
The GM-H5600-1JR has 20-bar water resistance and shock resistance. Battery life is approximately 35 hours in activity mode, approximately one month in watch mode, and approximately 11 months in power-saving mode. It connects to the CASIO WATCHES app via Bluetooth Mobile Link.
