The Casio G-SHOCK G-SQUAD DW-H5600-1A2JR is a digital sports watch combining the familiar square 5600 design with fitness and wellness tracking. Its high-definition MIP LCD provides a clear display, while Bluetooth connectivity links the watch to the CASIO WATCHES app for automatic time adjustment, activity records and watch settings.
The shock-resistant case, bezel and strap use bio-based resin, complemented by mineral glass and 200-metre water resistance. Casio Module 3516 supports optical heart-rate monitoring, blood-oxygen-level measurement, step counting, sleep and recovery analysis, and dedicated running, walking, gym and interval-training modes.
The watch uses dedicated USB charging for its connected and sensor functions, with solar assistance for basic timekeeping. Additional functions include smartphone notifications, world time, alarms, vibration alerts, a stopwatch, countdown timer, moon data, and sunrise and sunset information.
