The Casio G-SHOCK 5000 Series DW-5000R-1AJF is a Japanese-made digital quartz watch based on the design of the original 1983 DW-5000C. Powered by Casio Module 3576, it combines the distinctive square G-SHOCK profile with shock-resistant construction, a stainless-steel inner case and 200-metre water resistance.
The positive digital display is framed by the original-inspired brick pattern with red, blue and yellow accents. Its bio-based resin bezel and strap are paired with mineral glass and a stainless-steel screw-lock caseback. A white LED Super Illuminator provides clear illumination with an afterglow function.
Practical features include a 1/100-second stopwatch, 24-hour countdown timer, multi-function alarm, hourly signal, flash alert and full auto-calendar through 2099. The CR2016 battery provides an approximate five-year operating life, while accuracy is rated at ±15 seconds per month.
